Green River Pottery is Santa Fe’s stoneware studio for everyday pieces and collectors alike, and it’s also a welcoming place to learn pottery. Theo Helmstadter (since 1998) teaches easygoing, conversational, methodical wheel and studio classes designed to help you build real skills. You’ll work with durable stoneware clay in spaces with two firing options (cone 6 and cone 10), while exploring the creative process from start to finish.
